  2. juices are lots of sugar and no fiber ... so they tend to assist in weight gain.  Eating whole fruit is a better solution if you want something sweet.  And if you are thirsty, water is the way to go!

  3. It can be.  Check out the sugar, and carb level.  Then factor those numbers into your daily calorie allotment.  Remember that sugar is an empty carb, and requires no calories to metabolize.
