Yes if the arts are your desire that is where you can master your skills.

Define good. It depends what kind of atmosphere you want. For a conservatory program that specializes only in your field of theatre or music, say a fine arts degree in acting, it's still the best. But don't limit yourself: what if you want a smaller, slower paced school that lets you explore outside of theatre? Do you want time to audition for community theatre while taking classes? Many 'top-notch' schools like Juliard will own you as an actor and not let you perform for anything outside of their program.

But will you be laughed at and teased for going to Juliard? h***s no.
