  1. In my opinion,I have great respect for the lawyers and any members of court.I flag this question inappropriate.Instead you are encouraging the members of the public to post more online question similar to these and you can be accuse for slandering. If you were accused wrongly with a crime you never did, and if Justice Scalia or other Justices(If that Is what you call them) save you from going to jail, would you regret your actions and be grateful?Think off the future as you will never know what will happen.

  2. On the contrary, Scalia is closest to what the Founding Fathers envisioned a Supreme Court Justice to be - an upholder of the Constitution.

Yeah like some one being able to take your home because it might bring in more taxes? What part of the constitution allows this?

  3. No, that would be Ginsberg.  She's the one who most depises the Constitution.

Scalia is the most capable, though.

  4. If you read any of his opinions or dissents, you'd certainly have to think so. Then if you listen to any of his speeches made outside the Court, you'd know for sure. The man is convinced that he is always right, and that he always knows the answer before the case is presented. He has a disturbing tendency to write opinions that seem to ignore what was presented to his fellow Justices. He bases his opinions not on what is found in the Constitution, or on precedent, but on what he thinks personally. What is truly disturbing is the near-total control he has over Justice Thomas, making Scalia basically two Justices in one.

  5. oh lord no!!! kennedy, ginsburg, stevens and bryer are more arrogant than scalia...scalia just inturpets the constitution...these others are actually writing law from the bench...that ins't their job...this is government 101...somebody has done a number on you to make you believe that sort of rot gut..
