Is Kava Kava still available in the US?

I used to see it all the time and I haven't now for several years.

But since it's so effective and better than drugs, I'm sure the FDA will try to find some way to get it banned. :-(

There's a kava kava bar in Honolulu, so I hope it's still legal :)  I've seen it in our local health food store (made in Hawaii brand is very reputable).

yeah, as far as i'm aware. i just bought some at the drug store a couple weeks ago but i'm in a midwestern college town so perhaps it's just in high demand here.
