Is Kyle Busch more talented than Jr?

What is your take and who had more wins by this point in their career 3 1/2 years?

Kyle Busch is more the intimidator than Dale Jr ever will be.

Ya know about every other week this same question is asked in one form or another. There are 43 drivers in the field every weekend and more that do not make it. To ask constantly weather Kyle is more tallented than Jr is redundant. That leaves at least 41 other drivers out there that Kyle passes every weekend, some of which have already accomplished possibly more than Kyle ever will. I say possibly because he is so young and may or may not go on to be the legend everyone thinks he already is. The same was thought of young guns before who had the fire that Kyle has. They are not here anymore. I am not going to name names if you know anything about racing you already know them. Others have just blended in with the pack into the also ran catagory. They all have varying degrees of tallent. For now I am going to say that both Kyle and Jr and the other drivers out there have their own degrees of tallent in their own areas. Lastly Jr has 2 championships in Nationwide to Kyles big 0. We can bark back and fourth all day as to who is greater, better, bigger. Whats the point the minute this post falls off the 1st page someone else will ask it again.

Just to make it clear. I am not a Kyle fan, however, he is good and brings something to the sport it has needed. I was glad Jr got with HMS but wasn't happy the way they treated Kyle before he left so I can not say that I do not blame his determination to succeed this year. Will his fire last? only time will tell. There used to be many more drivers out there with his attitude and drive. Ernie Irvin, Geoff Bodine, Etc.

Yes. I love Junior just like over half of Nascar fans but its true that he isn't a really stunning great driver. Kyle has a lot of skill, his success is not completely because of his team. He has to be good if he won races in the Hendrick #5 team.

Junior never was a good driver in Winston, Nextel or Sprint. The only thing he had going for him was his busch racing. He won a couple of championships in busch but so has Kevin Harvick. Junior is just an average driver on the track that is over rated by his fans. As far as the clown bear that answered this being a junior fan, You also had to defend your sister from your other brother obliviously. Kyle Busch is a much more superior driver than Junior will ever be. Too bad for Hendricks for firing him to take on a average driver with no balls.

i think so. as for all the numbers and stats being thrown about, most anything can be twisted to fit whatever your agenda may be. i could throw around a ton of "records" kyle has set and his current year stats, and someone else could throw back junior's two busch series championships, his daytona 500 win, and his all-star race win as a rookie. both could say they were with "less than ideal" teams for each of their personalities for the past couple years, and it could go on and on.

but in my gut and in my not-so-humble opinion, kyle is more talented. and the scary part is that kyle is so young and much of his talent is still raw - he's got even more maturing to do and more to learn and as he does, watch out!!!

i dont think so cause the toyota engines seem way more powerful then anybody else.also jr. was on dei which every race his engine blew up. now hes on hendrick and there still working on the cot. in kyles career hes always been on a great team firts with hendrick now wit gibbs. so i would say to wait till next year that will show who the better driver is.

honestly i am a hardcore-to-die-for jr. fan. Since he went to Hendrick Motorsports he has been better than ever. Kyle Busch is an amazing driver and he has a lot of talent but he is very hot-headed. he will take another driver out. like he did to jr. batteling for 1st. that was bull**** and Kyle Busch needs to be patient. but he is winning an awful lot and he is leading points but frankly i dont think a lot of people like him for his driving they just like him for his winning. so i would much rather see Jr. win this season. but kyle does have more wins. but i believe Jr. is WAYYYYYYY more talented. if you dont count all of kyles wins where he has to take people out to do it.

Ok, going by numbers here, Kyle leads this 11-9, but keep this in mind Jr won 7 races in his first 3 full seasons vs. Kyle's 4, and let's not forget Jr's still the only rookie to win the Winston/All Star(or whatever it's called this week). Now as for since 2005,Jr drove for DEI from 05-07, DEI's sucked since 2004 and has had 3 wins total as a team since then.

First gp is a moron!!!!! You need to look at that again it is all the responses in favor of Jr that have the thumbs down. As for the question at hand Jr is a much better driver, the question is asking for stats for the first three and a half years of there career. (watch I'll get a lot of thumbs down) Kyle is lucky and aggressive that is why he wins. If you don't believe me find the interview he did after the Nationwide race in Richmond, were he said he doesn't care how many cars he has to wreck to win. Wrecking another car is not talent it is stupidity and shows disrespect to the other drivers and fans.
