I would think they have it the toughest with all the Bloods/Cripes

and the many gang affiliates of the MF13, LA is being taken over and these Mexican gangs and they are moving up north hear now at an alarming rate. It is easy to always blame cops but the real problems are the community's that support there family gang members.
