Is L.A. now more prepared for Hurricane Gustav, because their FEMA trailers are mobile (Just add a hitch)?

I believe they are more prepared now, because their house is mobile!

I guess living in a FEMA trailer does have its benefits!

  1. the trailers are mobile!!! The plumbing is hooked up to their original house plumbing. Besides its more dangerous because the FEMA trailers can only sustain winds up to 35 mph
