  1. La Cascada on Balboa Avenue shut down last year to make way for one of the many new high rises that will line Balboa Ave.  They also shut the old Boulevard Balboa Restaurante where all the politicians hung out, but this one was reopened up Balboa a little way.  Nice new restaurant same menu and atmosphere.  And it's correct La Cascada was pretty ragged by the time they closed it.


  2. if you mean the restaurant, then no, they shut it down some time ago...it was really nasty!

  3. The one in Avenida Balboa is gone forever, they are building a big apartment building there.  The one in Vía Argentina is still there, although I‘m not sure if it is open for business.
