Is Larry Johnson a risk this year?

This isn't really a leisure question- I have a draft tomorrow and I'm wondering where to value him. If you have an answer, it'd be great if you could also post a link to an article stating whether he has injury risks, is fully healthy, etc. Thanks

  1. ive never been a larry johnson fan and its not because i dont like him i just dont think hes as good as people think and hes very very overrated. try to get an l.t. or marion barber, or even a frank gore but if adrian peterson is still there get him he had an amazing rookie season and i think he will be great or try to get a marshawn lynch

  2. Yes, tell you the truth every running back not named LT is a risk. The Chiefs are rebuilding and their O-line isn't the greatest. I would value him at a late first to second rounder. If you are in the second or third round and he is still there I would take him. He is still ranked 6th among fantasy RBs and about two months ago there was a story on ESPN that he was completely healthy.

  3. Every player has some risk every year. Larry Johnson seems to be recovered from his injuries of last year. He apparently looked good in the voluntary camp. Personally I'd take him in the 1st round at #6 or higher. However, this is one of the reasons I don't draft this early - it's always a good idea to see if players can make it through the preseason - especially the guys coming off a significant injury.

  4. He is a 2nd round pick IMO, he will get the carries if he is healthy. I would not have a problem taking him after i got a stud RB or Moss in the 1st rd.
