Is Laughlin in Nevada or Arizona?

the thing is, i did a report on nevada once and it kept saying things about laughlin. but i went there a few days ago and i kept seeing signs about "Welcome to arizona" and stuff like that. Is it Nevada or Arizona or a mixture? (i know kinda a stupid question)

Laughlin is in Nevada but it is on the border with Arizona. If you cross the river, you're in Bullhead City, AZ.

Laughlin is in Nevada. Other side of the River is Arizona. Different town, different time zone for sure, like an hour ahead? Or until PST measures back to their time, when we move ahead an hour, then go backwards in the winter.
