  1. Your question is unclear.  Do you mean more competitive to get into?  Or do you mean more competitive once you are in?

    I'll answer both.  It is much harder to get into a medical school than into a law school.  however, it is just as hard (or harder) to get into a top law school than a top medical school.

    Once in, medical students tend to act cooperatively rather than competitively.  At many of the top law schools, many students tend to act more competitively even after they are in.


  2. The toughest part of Med School is to get accepted to one. In Law School, the first year is hyper competitive, but the second and third year are easier. You need to get past that first year.


  3. They are both competitive, but medical school is less forgiving of low scores, so you could say that Law school is open to accepting less academically shining people.

  4. Med school is far more competitive, both to get in and once you are in.  My experience with pre-med students is that they are already trying as freshmen to knock each other out of the competition!
