Is Laxmi mittals wealth included in GNP(gross national product) of India or UK? I think he still has Indian passport with him. so can i say that his income / wealth is included in India GNP

These Billionaires are very clever at hiding the truth about their Wealth in case they Find the Revenue Inspectors after them,  trying to make a name for themselves. Only the Governments know his status and they will keep it to themselves.
