Is Liberty Mutual a good insurance provide for both home and auto; any complaints?

Can anyone share thier experiance with Liberty Mutual? I am looking at switching over to them from AllState. Thank you

  1. All big companies have a lot of complaints. If there is an insurance company out there that doesn't have a lot of complaints, its either new or its about to be out of business.


  2. Go to A.M.Best.com and check to see their rating.  They are a good company as far as I know.

  3. They're ok.   They have a  lot of claims complaints here in TX, though.

    Check out your state insurance department website, for complaints in YOUR state.
