Is Livejournal acting weird for anyone else right now?

First when I tried to log in it showed this weird bob the builder thing that says "can we fix it ? no it's ******".

And when I tried to go to a livejournal site through google it had this weird ad.

OMG yes, I keep refeshing for the LJ homepage, but keep getting weird chinese anime things. I think it may have been hacked??
