  1. unique cities to experience are NY,Cape Town,Sydney and London

  2. yes but only if your wealthy, if not it is a hard place to live

  3. Depends where.

West, best area i would say, less crimes, more theatre, South is more crimes, nice shops though.

Your better off up North (scotland, manchester) or South, by the sea (Brighton, Worthing).

  4. Yes it is, I think it's the best city in the world!

  5. Of course but Im biased..ones mans meat lol

  6. depends on what part. if you live in the rough side of london then its not. its full of scum who takes drug, steal people and other stuff.

  7. Try it, one man's meat is another man's poison,. I love London, mind you, i am English.

  8. Na try Edinbrugh, its the scottish nice version with less polution and gun crime!

  9. noo        > >     edinburgh or cardiff

  10. London is a huge and very diverse city, so there's not really a straight forward yes or no answer to the question.

It can be a great place to live, providing you have 1. Money, 2. Energy, 3. Enthusiasm to explore.

Then it probably comes down to choosing the right suburb to fit your personality,. The posh suburbs of Richmond, Kew, Chiswick, Barnes, Wimbledon Village, Hampstead etc offer more relaxed living with lots of green spaces and a high quality of life. The inner city areas of Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge and Belgravia are also good, though busier.

However, if for you, good living is to be where it's hip and happening, you may enjoy living somewhere like Camden, Notting Hill, Clerkenwell or Shoreditch, but these areas are shabbier, dirtier and nosier.

  11. It depends how wealthy you are and what you do.  If you don't speak english and are working on minimum wage you're probably commuting half the day and living in a dingy bedsit (sorry...studio apartment).  However if you're skilled and working well or in finance in the City, you're probably well up the property ladder, enjoying the bars, restaurants and shops of London and all that it has to offer.  Personally I love it.  I live in a nice area which is like it's own village but then am only 20 minutes into Victoria where I have the whole of London to choose from.

  12. The reason why most people say no is because f the stabbings that have taken place. I am a 16 year old white teen living in Kensington and never have had any trouble, and touch wood I won't, but you do see some people who you know you should stay away from.

I love it here, it is one of the best places to live because....

+ It's so easy to get around, there are underground, overground and normal stations everywhere making it possible to get to everywhere, the best is the underground as it is quick and easy

+ There is so much to do, everyday there are concerts, shows and many other individual things to do, so no chances of getting bored.

+ Every single day something happens, sometimes good and sometimes bad making it a very interesting city.

+ It may not be country side but there are many parks with great views of the city and peace and quiet

+ There are many shops such as Selfridges and top brand also with many independent stores.

+ There are many sports events with the future Olympics and football stadiums all around and many other sports

Therefore this is one fab city!!!!!
