Is Lugia a good name for a baby girl?

it is the name of my favorite pokemon. It is from pokemon XD for game cube. Also in a lot of other pokemon games.

Seriously though, I have nothing against choosing a video game derived name, I just don't think that Lugia sounds like a good girl name.  Celebi sounds kinda cool, so does Kirlia.

I actually don't think Lugia is a good name. Not because it sounds like Luigi, one of the Mario brothers, but because not many people name their kids after video game characters. And also, little kids are mean when they are young, and don't know not to bully.

I would have to say its one of the worst names I have ever heard. Ever, in my entire life. To the point of asking 'what was her parents smoking when they came up with that nonsense'.
