  1. Experienced batsmen might have survived well, than this YOUNGSTERS IN ODI too,There is no doubt that the Indian batsmen have no clue to deal with Mendis and Murali duo. Their body language says it all. Look at Yuvi. In yesterday's game he played just 4 balls of Mendis . Had no idea of the first 2, hit a six of the third out of desperation and got bowled of the fourth ball.

~Less we talk about Dhoni the better. Indian team is really jinxed by the Lankan spinners. Real humiliation is key players are getting clean bowled !!! If they continue to bat like this, results will continue to be the same and we will see a miserable 5-0 defeat. It is high time key players like Gambhir, Yuvraj and Dhoni work out a game plan to deal with the Lankan attack, especially 20 overs of Mendis & Murali and be really positive in their approach to put up a defend able total. Gambhir is the only player other than Sehwag in this team who played the spinners well in test matches............. It may be a good idea to push him down the order to deal with the spinners and allow the likes of Pathan, or even Yuvraj to open, use long handle with the new ball and take advantage of power plays. ......................

They should definitely recall players like Yusuf Pathan or Robin Uthappa in the place of Sehwag for the third game . Time is running out.. Dhoni act fast.. any ways still when facing M&M it will be the difference,..............

its easy said than DONEso,.... still i think SL has upper hand~

    cheers

  2. It is definitely dhoni's fault. he is one of the better captains india has ever had, but i think they give him a lot of importance. he is a great captain brought up by ex-captain sourav ganguly. today he wants to throw out the same man who brought him up. he throws out ganguly, tendulkar, laxman. they are much better players in their day. today also they are great test playes as athey have a lot of experience. they also prove good for for the one- day side to avoid outcomes like 146 all out, which is getting a bit too frequent now. dhoni idea of "young players is not working so well.

  3. No, the whole team is responsible, but mainly the baatsmen. They didn't bat to their full potential, and you can't blame it all on the captain, because Dhoni did try. However, since he did get the advantage of winning the toss, he should have chosen to field first, which would have been better, so yes that was his mistake. Even so, the Indians could have still won when batting first. The Sri Lankan team is also to blame because they played so well. Go SRI LANKA!!! :)

  4. No, Not at all.

    He is a responsible captain.

But always he is not responsible for defeat or win.

It is team game every one should play with responsiblities.

    Team Spirit is needed.

  5. yes

  6. No.

  7. Are you going to blame Dhoni for India winning the ODI today and levelling the series.

  8. because Advertisement favorite M S Dhoni is the captain

    he must held responsible

  9. I believe it would be better if we concentrate on each series rather thinking about the world cup because experimenting like this can affect the morale of a team & that's certainly not helping for the World Cup preparations too.

  10. When a team is being selected for Sri Lanka ODI series, what should the selectors do ? They should see the performances in the immediate last 3 ODI series to pick up good players. It means, they should select the highly performing players. But what happened in the selection ? Blunders galore.

    Why was he selected ?

    1) Pragyan Ojha: 3 matches, 6 runs, 3 wkts for 136 runs, 3 catches.

    2) Munaf Patel: 3 matches, 0 runs, 2 wickets for 120 runs, 0 catches.

    3) Rohit Sharma: 19 matches, 410 runs, 0 wickets for 20 runs, 8 catches.

    4) Harbhajan Singh: 10 matches, 57 runs, 8 wickets for 277 runs, 1 catch.

Why was he not selected ?

    1) Sreesanth: 7 matches, 9 runs, 9 wickets for 232 runs, 0 catches.

    Bad luck:

    1) Absence of Sachin

    2) Absence of Sehwag

    3) Absence of Ishant Sharma

Now, they have to do their best out of a bad situation.

  11. I personally hate dhoni, icant stand the egotistical boastful twa*. I hate him more than KP and even Symonds. At least Symonds and Kp are good players, hes c**p.

Moreover, his political ways in indian cricket of choosing players is just quite stupid really. Fair enough, Sehwag and Sachin aint there due to injury, but why not call back experince in the form of Dravid, or even Ganguly. Maybe even Laxman. This side is just pathetic and inexperienced.

Dhoni is a glorified @rsehole. Take a look at the CB Series, and how everyone one was saying how the youngsters were so good, and dhonis captaincy was so good, but people forgot that it was down to the Sachin Tendulkar show, that won india the series. Moreover this was the guy, who dropped Sehwag in the CB Series in the finals for bloody Utthapa, lol. His luck has finally started to run out, as Sachin Tendulkar isnt there to bail him out  and save Dhonis selfish, deluded @rse and the young indian side from Losing, just what the, little master used to do in the 90s.

Dhoni licks all the young guys @rses, and hates on the seniors. However Dhoni knows not to fuc* with Sachins place, as he would probaly die.
