I agree he is playing into votes! They all do! Even Obama does when it comes to poor & working class people! He know's being a mixed guy it will be hard so he just say's what we want to hear. Back to McCain, he is just another Bush! For the rich, which is what Obama is playing on. It's politics they'll do whatever to look good for you but most are just fakes playing on what you want to hear! An alway's remember that they don't run this country, they are puppets, it's the special interest groups (bribes) & their money that really runs the show!

i would have to agree.the republicans dropped the ball badly during and after Katrina,and they want to make a big deal about trying to look concerned about this latest storm. I think its  phony posturing.

Flown to New Orleans with a giant vacuum cleaner and use it to clear up that mean old hurricane?

Get a life, he celebrated his birthday and waited for an event he was powerless to control to pass.  When it did, McCain led the way to free up funds for the people's hardest hit by the storm.

Yes, he is just playing politics and it's beyond me why people can't see through this evil little man.  If he's so concerned, he and his wife are very wealthy people, why don't they donate some of their fortune to this cause?  The very least they could do is open up some of their 7 homes to the evacuees of the storm.  You can tell from his vp pick that he's up to no good. We do not need anymore of these failed policies.  We need change.
