Tolerance? Love? McCain? Come on now, dude- while Madonna is surely taking it to the extreme, how can you believe that McCain is all about tolerance and/or love? If you knew anything about Germany during the time of Hitler, then you would realize that the situation and mindset at that time in Germany was very similar to that of Bush supporters today.

Madonna's entire career has been based on bringing attention to herself via controversial stunts, this being one of them. Who knows if she even believes it. All she knows is that people are talking about her now, and she revels in that. The comparison was rude and disrespectful, and although I wish the McCain campaign hadn't dignified her with a response, I am secretly glad they condemned it.
