He will wear number 28 because 24 is retired there.  I am sure he won't cut his hair unless he desire to do so.  He is in Hollywood now.

Manny will wear and do whatever it takes to be noticed.  Who knows, he might even wear a different number for every game.  He should cut his hair. Whether he does or is forced to by management is only speculation.  I suppose the only thing that counts right now is that if he can help the Dodgers win a pennant.  If so they will probably let him dye his hair "Dodger Blue".
