Is Manu Ginobili really white?

I read that Manu Ginobili is actually white and he is of Italian decent is that true. I personally think he is a overrated player. It was great to see USA beat Argentina in the world championships as USA took home the 1st place championship. Gilbert Arenas is the best hispanic basketball player of all time then it is Carmelo Anthony then maybe Manu Ginobili. USA did not send its best players to the world championships so maybe they will send a better team next time.

the reaon there are so many italian names in Argentina is due to the fact that the facist Italians and the n**i relocate to Argentina after ww2 to avoid the War Crime tribunals.....and also think..it's LATIN america right?
