Is it possible to get green card, when visa is expired more than 2 years not through marrage? Let's say provide a proof that one is a person of extraordinary ability in the arts, the sciences, education, business, or athletics. Or may be any other way, but not marrage? Or if it is possible to apply for green card if you are married on the same-s*x person?

  1. There are other ways to be eligible for green card.

    1. Through Employment

    2. Through Diversity Lottery

    3. Through Refugee or Asylum

    4. Through Investment

Here is the website you can get imformation

  2. It is impossible for an illegal alien to get a visa or residency or anything by getting married.  Illegal aliens cannot change status in any way whatsoever.  You have overstayed your prior visa and you are deportable and will be barred from re-entry.

If you immediately and voluntarily return to your own country, you might get a shorter ban.  The longer you remain here illegally, the longer you are banned.  And by being here illegally, you can forget getting any of the visas available for those who are extraordinarily talented in the arts and sciences -- your record now closes that off to you.

And same-s*x "marriage" is not recognized in immigration law and there is no way for same-s*x couples to sponsor for immigration, get fiance visas, etc.

  3. No.

Marriage to same s*x person is not recognised in civilised Society.

    Nuff said.

  4. No. Marriage just means you just have less of a chance of being thrown back. It is no guarantee.

  5. Marriage to even the opposite s*x is no guarantee of a green card. That loophole was closed.
