  1. Some.  Could be the sun (which has increased a bit), could be a warming effect from enormous dust storms on Mars.

But it's not the same reasons as the warming on Earth.  Data clearly shows it's not the sun that is the primary cause of global warming (it's about 10% of it).

"While evidence suggests fluctuations in solar activity can affect climate on Earth, and that it has done so in the past, the majority of climate scientists and astrophysicists agree that the sun is not to blame for the current and historically sudden uptick in global temperatures on Earth, which seems to be mostly a mess created by our own species."

  2. Mars is getting warmer. It happens be a total coincidence. Mars goes through periods of warming and cooling that are thought to be controlled primarily by the way the planet wobbles which affects the distance from Mars to the Sun. Mars happens to be entering a part of its wobble that cause it to warm up.

The Earth also has a wobble, known as the Milankovitch cycle, that also is thought to have caused past warm periods and ice ages. The Earth wobble period is about 100,000 years long.

Earth's recent warming spell though is way faster than prior changes and is being largely caused by the very rapid human induced increase in greenhouse gasses
