Is Martin Kaymer on the right track?
Martin Kaymer is a player who has made quite a good name for himself. Till now he has been very consistent and is always a major threat for his competitors. He can achieve any trophy he sets his mind to.

After winning the PGA Championship, Kaymer explained in an interview what was going through his mind throughout the tournament.
He was nervous on the course as a little mistake could have cost him dearly. He calmed his nerves and played one fine match of golf.
This is a very prominent feature of Kaymer’s game. He has taught himself how to handle pressure conditions. He did not panic in the match and was able to take the trophy home.
In the interview after winning the PGA Championship he said, "I was nervous in the regular round, but it the play-off it was strange - I felt very calm, very confident. It's just amazing. I don't realise what has just happened - I just won my first Major
and I am just on Tour for four years. I have goose bumps".
“It was just a weird day. I got a good putt on 14, but I missed one on 15, which was quite disappointing. I'll take the positives from it. It wasn't the result I wanted, but it's a learning experience,” he added.
Martin Kaymer has learned to adapt his game according to the conditions. For this reason, he is always a strong contender for any event that he participates in.

Presently, Martin Kaymer is playing in the one of the events of the European tour, the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open 2012. This four-day event is taking place at the famous Castle Stuart Golf Links.
Kaymer has managed to do quite well for himself in the tournament. On the first day, Kaymer was able to card three birdies on the second, third and the ninth hole. After the front nine, his score was three-under par.
On the back nine, his scored three birdies, unfortunately for him he scored a bogey on the seventeenth hole, which made his score two-under par on the back nine.
His overall score for the day became five-under par. He was able to complete the 7193 yards course in 67 shots.
The German professional golfer was able to finish the day tied at the 12th position with Anthony Wall, Luke Donald, S.S.P Chowrasia, Matthew Baldwin, Pablo Larrazabal and Oscar Floren.
Martin Kaymer has been performing very consistently now. He has the capability of being the best not only in Germany but also in the world. He still has many good years and he can easily become one of the greatest legends ever.
