depends where you live----  in some native countries a boy must be masturbated and his sperm drunk as this is a rite of passage to prove that his has become a man and that its a waste  of sperm to just squirt it out..

other native countries have a boy [teen] and he has to show that he can ejaculate around 13 and another teen will do to to him..

if you are 12 -16 and a boy you may have masturbated another boy but if he the masturbater is doing this to a younger boy then thats wrong..
