Is it a scam?

I almost signed up for it over a year ago when my hubby and I first started to TTC. I no longer need it because my husband got a new job with excellent benefits, but now I am curious to see if I would have been scammed? I guess you never know these days.

Thanks!

  1. No it's not a scam.  You truly would be better off with insurance and maternity cards should be used as a last resort.  They do 80/20 or 70/30 where they pay 80% of your bills and you pay 20% or they pay 70% and you pay 30%.  In my state we have another maternity card where you pay a one time fee.  If you are in the first trimester you pay $150 up front and then they pay the rest through the entire pregnancy, if you are in the second, you pay 225, and in the third you pay 300.
