Is Matrikulasi program in Malaysia guarantee a place in University of your choice?

As per question, is the Matrikulasi program (pardon me if i have spelled it wrongly) guarantee a place in University of your choice?

nops.it`s all depends on your cgpa.you will be asked for 8 course  and at where you want to do them.but if your cgpa is low your choice might be given to other candidate with higher cgpa.if you get in matriculation programe you will only be guaranteed of a place to do degree but not the choice of course and university
