Is Mayan Aqua Dive, run by a British Guy called Ben Mooney the Best Company to Scuba Dive with in Cancun ?

I want to do some Scuba Diving in Cancun & the Cenotes. I've seen very good reviews about Mayan Aqua Dive on Scuba Board, has anybody used them, and what do you think about their Services ??

Hi,

I've not used Mayan Aqua Dive, however, they came highly recommended from my local dive shop. I've done the majority of diving on Coz, can't beat the conditions. All the sites have a great deal to offer. My next adventure will be to dive the Yucatan coast around Playa del Carmen and I will use Mayan Aqua Dive.

A word or caution when setting up your dive schedule. Make sure you have a very good dive plan, what I mean is the days you want to dive and the locations. Pay in advance. Every time you use your credit card in Mexico there will be a surcharge of up to 15%. Keep this in mind. A basic dive trip by boat can run $65.00 to $75.00 plus rental gear. If you travel to Cozumel there is the Ferry cost.

Yes, We used this company and they were honest, friendly and really cared if we had a good time. We will go back to them everytime we are in Cancun.

We found a jewel in Mexico and it is Mayan Aqua Dive. God bless their straight forward way of doing business.
