  1. Does he have one?

  2. It's completely different!!

You see, Bush SET UP the tax cuts for the obscenely wealthy,

and McCain wants to KEEP those tax cuts.

    See the difference??

    Neither do I.

    Obama 08

  3. Kindly take of ur Oabama Kool glasses and headphones and then listn to the speech again...

  4. McCain=Bush  It does not matter how they are really tiring to distance themselves from Bush..

Bush is Texan Cowboy & McCain is a war hero...that is the difference all I can see.

  5. I guess you didn't listen to the whole speech.

  6. yes, very and he did speak about his plans like offshore drilling and nuclear power plants along with wind generate electrical sources and clean coal power plants.  I guess you do not remember or choose to not listen.

    Counter:

Why did not Obama talk about it?

Answer, neither one spoke about it too much, they left that for the debates.  The conventions were speeches to rally people and not to discuss issues in depth.

  7. Did you even watch the speech? The economy was the primary focus. He explained not only why Barack Obama's plan will do far more harm than good to America, but why his plan of reduced taxes, and responsible spending will help create new jobs that won't leave the country.

  8. If the economy stays the way it is,it will be a lot better than what Obama is proposing, Carter tried everything Obama wants to do and it was disastrous Interest 18% no jobs no gas, Look it up

  9. Yes, The economy can take care of itself all you have to do is stop letting banks make loans to people that can't pay them off

  10. What economic policy would that be?

The one where I keep more of the money I earn?

The one where my boss keeps more of his money to allow for the expansion of his company?

Personally, I am trying to figure out how Obama's economic policy is different from Karl Marx's.

Explain to me how raising taxes on businesses will create more jobs. And no, Obama is not going after just oil companies, but almost every business in the country that makes more than $250,000 a year. Too many small businesses fall in that category.

You need to read the fine print on your savior's plan. It will scr*w us completely.

  11. It's not different. How is he different than Bush when he voted in agreement with him 90% of the time???? He voted no against the SCHIP bill which would give free healthcare to children under 18 and Bush vetoed the bill. These people are heartless!

  12. Not much.  The major difference in economic policy comes on the energy front.  Senator McCain will ask Congress to invest in more carbon neutral energy sources, as well as promote more domestic drilling.

I was shocked also at the lack of discussion of those issues.  At first, I was disappointed, but upon reading the transcript, I realize he framed the campaign more than policy.

Also, I don't see the economy as the #1 issue...I see American Energy Independence as the #1 issue.  It's a matter of national security.

  13. NO WAY.

Dude, McCain has become Bush's b****. Sorry, but it's true. He's just a little conservative lapdog.

  14. I'm actually an Obama supporter - but yes, McCain has a much better policy than GW.  One thing I will never discredit McCain on is that he is not a fan of sheltering businesses with dirty practices.

However, he does share the conservative trend of not being as hard on them as a Democrat, which is why I still give Obama the edge there.

But to answer your question - yes, he would still be a major step up from GW.

  15. How is the economy so bad? It was worse under clinton unemployment was 16% under bush its only 6%

  16. Republicans do not do "domestic" they are only interested in world domination.

  17. i think it is different , but the problem is the banking and creditors are entrapping people and making them fall into debt, for example all those uneeded loans for people to buy a house only for them to for close because they didnt deserve it in the first place.

  18. His economic plans are essentially the same as the current administration. He will keep the Bush tax cuts in place and would continue to borrow money from other nations to pay for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. He talks about cutting government spending by cutting pork barrel projects. The problem with that is that pork only makes up about 1% of the total budget. It would be a drop in the bucket just to cut that spending. Cutting other spending, such as the 10 Billion we are spending in Iraq a month seems a bit more logical and more effective. McCain is unwilling to do that though. Even though the Bush administration now has started talks to set a timetable he still wants to keep us there indefinitely (and continue to spend billions of dollars there while Iraq has a budget surplus in the billions).

  19. McCain is an American hero and will lead not follow. He has outlined his economic plan, you just have to listen. I can assure you that he will not tax and spend you into dependence on the Government.

It is time to rebuke the partisan politics of the past. One America, One Country, One People

Join the revolution and take back our Government.

  20. Same book, different cover.

  21. Yes McCains policys are a bit different. Main concern is to block Obama's proposed tax increases on the middle class and the homeowner exclusion.
