Is McCain now the sole person who doesn't support Iraq withdrawal? Why doesn't he want withdrawal?

Rice and Iraqi prime minister have the "same aspirational timetables" according to recent news. All of this is based on "events on the ground" which may very well become McCain's keywords to let us linger there for 100, 1,000, 10,000 years as he recklessly said. Why does McCain want to soldiers linger in Iraq? Especially in light of recent agreements between the U.S. and Iraq.
