Question:

Is McCain showing the Democrats how to treat a woman?

McCain didn't take another Presidential hopeful as VP because it will show poor judgment - picking one could slight the others. DNC doesn't like women as they showed in how they treated Hillary Clinton's nomination. DNC and Obama dissed Hillary Clinton and the 18 million voters trying to break the ceiling in favor of a lobbyist's father. the late leader Jones said the empty suit will not win without Hillary and that is now unfolding. Hillary supporters are going for McCain. But what is new with them?

  1. The republicans should learn a lesson from the democrat party.  Just shove the women over the cliff, trample the corpse, then demand she prostrate herself and kiss the ring of the "chosen one."

Oh yeah, then claim you are the party that is "for" women.

  2. McCain just united Hillary people with Obama with this pick.  She can't help him with any demographic he didn't already have.

    Don't believe me?...Watch and see.

This was a absolutely stupid move.

  3. I used to respect McCain, but the more I see him swear and lose his temper the less he seems like a viable president.  He called a woman in some session a wh*re under his breath.

In my world, you can't do that and hold public office just as you can't call a black a n*gger and get away with it.  McCain has also called Asians G**ks.  If Obama had done something like that, esp to a white woman, he would be in some community organization in Chicago.

  4. Yes by using her for his own gain. America didn't choose her. The Republican party didn't choose her. McCain did because he wants to be President (and wants a lot of those disgruntled Hillary supporters, as if they're THAT stupid to not see right through that)

  5. spot on!

Hillary should speak with McCain about maybe becoming secretary of state or some cabinet position.

  6. yes he is and by doing so is proving that he has the judgement and foresight to be commander in chief

  7. Very true, and women are the majority in this country (and we come in last as far as leadership, go figure.)

  8. Not exactly.  In fact, this should be declared National Rationalization Day.

All you Republican's who are marveling at the subtle wisdom of McCain's choice -- how many of you were saying, earlier this week, "Gee, I hope he picks Palin"?

  9. We like women just fine. Hillary wouldn't have balanced the ticket. Period.

True Hillary supporters--who liked her based on issues, not gender, would NEVER support Palin....

Palin is anti-abortion in every instance--even when the mom is at risk of death from the pregnancy, anti-conservation, etc.

  10. Are you seriously claiming that McCain treats women well? Have you even looked at his personal history?

I mean, this is the stuff of gutter politics, but Republicans always seem to overlook this sort of thing in their own candidates while always highlighting these things in their opponents.

Well, first wife cheated on her husband and, of course, McCain chased her because she was a model. Then, after his first wife had a disfiguring car accident, McCain cheats on her multiple times with various women before finally settling on wife number two. Cindy, of course, was a former beauty pageant winner herself. Now he overlooks many more qualified women in his own party, to pick a former beauty pageant winner who McCain had met once before the choice. See a pattern here?

Really, this stuff is his personal life and shouldn't matter, but his party, the Republicans, insist on focusing on the morality of the lives of others. This is how you treat women? Really?

  11. That why they never win .and they haven't figured it out yet. funny huh?

  12. If Hillary supporters choice McCain just because he picked a woman VP they are stupid. Hillary and this Palin lady don't even support the same issues. They're on opposite ends of the spectrum.
