I would have preferred he select a woman more like Carly Fiorina as a running mate.  I think McCain was afraid of a woman as smart and powerful as Carly Fiorina.

McCain's choice cost him my vote.  I won't vote for him and "Miss Congeniality", and it doesn't mean anything to me that Mrs. Palin was pictured in Vogue magazine last year.

Ahem, McCain has already won this election and he picked a woman with more experience than Obama has.  Guess Obama's whining and crying about Palin has set people mind on McCain.

Ferraro is a democrat and McCain would never pick her unless he really wanted to lose this election.

Wow, after reading some of these answers on here I conclude that the liberals on here can't answer questions the only spout insults and go off on tangents unrelated to the question.  Guess Obama was wrong about who he was talking about when he said, "Hillary's supporters are uneducated and racist".
