Question:

Is McDonald's as wrong as it can be?

McDonald's billboards have pictures of an egg sandwich, with the caption, "Every egg's dream!" That is totally wrong! If an egg had a dream, it would be a big rooster or hen. It would not be part of someone's breakfast.

  1. i don't know about this one. i guess it would want to be a rooster or a hen,if it could have a dream.

  2. Wow, the some of the people that are answering this question are exactly the reason why I hate Vegetarians and PETA supporters.

IF we still lived in the "dark ages" and "survival of the fittest" was still somewhat applicable to humans. Men would still be running around, slaughtering animals, and eating eggs.

I dont care about a how a chicken egg feels when I eat it, because I'm sure that if a  chicken egg were to somehow become a baby chick than it wouldnt care about a passing by worm, I'm quite positive the chick wouldnt think twice about devouring the lesser species.

Humans are Animals too people, we still competing....eat or be eaten.

  3. i saw a billboard dat said 100% beef. and they used big macs for the two zeros

  4. Well, it's not like the egg was once a living, breathing chicken. It is technically an inanimate object...it doesn't have any feelings. So it would never have a dream in the first place.

  5. Ehh.

  6. i agree.  because im a hen, and if i shat out an egg, i wouldnt want it to be people food.....stupid humans.

  7. I have actually never noticed this, which is strange because I'm a big McDonald's (and all fast food) basher. I think the egg this is borderline obnoxious. They're making it seem as if an egg couldn't have turned into any form of life. They're making seem like a vegetable almost.

  8. Well, most eggs aren't fertilized so there is no chance of them becoming a living chicken.  So I suppose the next best thing is to made into something delicious.

  9. At least some of the other answerers have some common sense. If an egg does not have a red spot in the yolk it has not been fertilized and it would not have become a chicken in the first place. People that think that eggs are chicken abortions (I have actually heard this term used) are totally ignorant. I know vegetarians that will eat eggs, but not chickens just for this reason. Gee a Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast tomorrow sounds REALLY good!

  10. People have there own likes and dis-like.

  11. Sorry to say this but, It's a poster it's not a big deal, why the h**l do people make such a deal out of McDonald's? Because to be honest there is MUCH worse places you could eat, and as along as you don't have it too often it's fine, and back to the poster thing, get over it, it's a joke!

  12. How do you know?

Considering chicken's aren't even self-aware, maybe McDonalds is correct. In fact, I would state that they were correct, if I could continue to eat egg yolks (cholesterol, you know.)

    Slow day, eh?

  13. mcdonalds is a rip off do not go there. period

  14. I guess if an egg had a dream, it would be to be fertilized so it could become an adult chicken like you said.  But since it wasn't fertilized I guess being turned into a delicious meal (assuming the McD sandwich is one) is not such a bad thing.  What other options does it have - get broken somewhere, eaten by some animal or just left alone to rot and stink up the joint.  so i'm thinking it could be worse than being a Mcd sandwich,
