Is McDonalds coffee cream dairy?

Are the little coffee creamers at McDonalds dairy?

If so- how do they keep from spoiling since they aren't refridgerated?

 Ultra-pasteurized half-and-half does not have to be refrigerated.  I buy it at a local restaurant supply store and it says, right on the box, no refrigeration necessary.
