Is McDonalds ice cream ice cream or frozen yogurt?

My friend thinks it's frozen yogurt..but I think it's ice cream.

Does anyone know for sure?

ice milk..  it isn't too bad for you..  actually one of the healthier menu items there..  i think the vanilla cone is only 2 or 3 WW points..

Actually you're both wrong!!

It's the same type of thing you get at Dairy Queen.....not really ice cream but not yogourt....more like an ice milk and it's made from:

Milk, sugar, cream, nonfat milk solids, corn syrup solids, mono- and diglycerides, guar gum, dextrose, sodium citrate, artificial vanilla flavor, sodium phosphate, carrageenan, disodium phosphate, cellulose gum, vitamin A palmitate

They actually pour it into the dispenser in liquid form and between chilling and spinning you end up with a form of ice milk but you'll notice it melts a lot faster than ice cream does.

It's a much cheaper product for them to buy than ice cream or yogourt  so that's why they can sell it cheaper.

I also had a friend who that that it was frozen yogurt, but in fact it is actually reduced-fat ice cream. I found out on the McDonalds website.

it's like all milk products....it's just pus from a cows breast....just like all dairy....it's pus.

McDonald's ice cream is NOT ICE CREAM! It's frozen yogurt. When you prepare it like ice cream should be prepared.. i'll call it ice cream =]
