No, Megaupload is not illegal. It is a good site for sharing files. Some of the things people put on Megaupload may be illegal, butr not Megaupload itself

Megaupload isn't illegal. It's what you download from, or upload to megaupload that may be illegal.

Yes, it becomes illegal when you, sell it, or pass it on.  Whomevers offering has the right.

Hmm, It's sort of semi-illegal. It's fine to use because it would've been taken down a long time ago if it was.
