Is Menton, France Touristy?

I want to know if this would be a good place to visit if you want to experience the true French Riviera, with nude beaches. I dont want to be surrounded by thousands of tourists from many nations, I want to feel like I'm on vacation, not at some gimmick resort.

it's surely not as surrounded as Nice but it's still touristic! It also depends on what season you plan to go there! In August, the south of france is surrounded by thousands of people, wherever you'll go.
