Is Mexico City (especially the metro) look as modern and metally as the film "Total Recall" is making out

I have seen Total Recall and it looks fantastic. I know it has been filmed in Mexico City, and the underground metro looks clean, metally and very sophisticated. Is Mexico City like that in Total Recall or is it not what it seems?

It's very  similiar as you sow it in the movie, but they put some extra things to give it the "futuristic look".

The stations used were "Insurgentes" and "Chabacano".
