Is Michael Jordan going to feature in NBA 2K9

Is he? I am always disappointed at the fact that they leave out one of the greatest basketball players of all-time in these games.

Also, to those who own NBA Live 08: does he feature in that game?

Jordan is rarely ever in video games. He's been on a couple of the NBA Live games as part of the 90's All-Stars and possibly the Bulls in some of the old NBA Lives. I think Jordan decided to call it quits on his video game days after his retarded Michael Jordan's Chaos In The Windy City game.
