I hope not.

He is The Real Deal and the greatest Olympian. He should not waste his talent in wrestling. He is the greatest swimmer ever and he should continue swimming.

Swimming has a very limited age limit (If I am not mistaken, you can't go on swimming professionally past the age of 30 or even less).

Thus, I think when he retires from professional swimming he might want to switch to pro wrestling. He would be the next Kurt Angle, but with many more medals to play with in WWE storyline!!!
