But, I don't think he's the best Olympian. I mean, he is, in his sport-Swimming. But there are other better Olympians out in a different sport event.

But, I would say, the best Olympics Swimmer. We can't really compare Michael Phelps to other people in other sports. That wouldn't be the same. So, the best swimmer. =) That's rational talk.

Yes, the best olympian SWIMMER of all time. =)

Its a bit hard to compare him to other athletes from different sports, because eg swimming and running are different things. But in swimming he is most def the best! AMAZING! <3

Yes he is.  He is a very talented swimmer, has the most gold medals in the world, and is soon to have the most gold medals earned in one year.
