Is Michelle Wie suffering from memory loss?

Apparently so. In an interview with US publication Golf Magazine, Wie said she didn't remember anything about her withdrawal from the Ginn Tournament in 2007 or other events during that injury-plagued year. Wie withdrew after 16 holes of the first round, claiming to have a wrist injury although she was seen hitting balls two day later - the implication is that she quit because she was playiong so badly. But when quizzed about it, Wie said she actually didn't recall the incident - and even asked her interviewer exactly what happened!
