Is Mike Huckabee being divisive to the Republican Party?

Once again, just like when he was campaigning for himself, he is bringing up the religion of the speculated VP choices for McCain.

Is making the comment, "I and all my evangelical supporters will vote for McCain and any Vice Presidential candidate EXCEPT Romney" divisive to the Party?

  1. It's sad.  These guys are supposed to be Christians yet they will not vote for Romney because he is a Mormon.  Fundies suck.

  2. Wow.  That's surprising and incredibly unhelpful to McCain.

  3. Huckabee is rather free spirited.  I think he is sincere it what he says, but the Wall Street wing of the GOP can't stand his populism.

  4. he needs to go back to preaching cause that's all he has been doing for the last year. Too bad its all mixed in politics now.

  5. huckaberry was no more then straw for McCain. he should had backed out when never had a chance. give the voters a choice.

  6. Let's hope so, but let's not rely on the Moonie rag to "prove" our point.

  7. Huckabee must get the same icky feeling from Romney that I and many others do.  And that feeling has nothing to do religious affiliation.

  8. He's a huckster, in the same vein as Clinton

  9. **** Huckabee.  If Huckabee told his fundies to sacrifice a goat they'd do it.
