Is Miracle Orange scratch remover a scam?

My friend is thinking of buying this product, but he's not really sure if he can trust the site with his credit card info. Has anyone heard or used this product before?

I've seen that stuff on the shopping channel...yeah i know, i was just about to go to bed ok...but i was actually thinking about trying that out too...if its on tv, it can't be a scam...at least if it is, they usually give you your money back if you don't like it..good luck
