Is Money important or brain important in bussines?

There are lots of business families who have shut down their successfully started businesses by their fathers/grand fathers. They had lots of money but no ASK (Attitude, Skill, Knowledge) to run their business.

On the other hand, there are lots of examples of entrepreneurs.

So we can say, mind is more important than money, because if you have mind, you can make money. But if you have money and no mind then gradually you will loose it in this competitive era.
