    Having just come back from Tulum Mexico as I was there for a few weeks, I can say yes they do have MT.Dew is in the stores.

    I bought some at the Super San Francisco while in Tulum.

    Also.. No you can not buy any drug you wish without a Doctors script.


  2. You can buy any drug you want with no prescription. Why would a soda be illegal?

  3. PepsiCo only started marketing Mountain Dew in Mexico a couple years ago, and it's prevelance is still fairly limited.  Your best bets are American outposts such as HEB or 7-Eleven.
