Is Mozilla Firefox 3 out of beta, and should I download it?

Yesterday I decided I would try to get a new theme for my Firefox and I saw that it said that I should "Upgrade My Firefox in order to use this add-on." I thought it was strange cuz my Firefox 2 is up to date. When I clicked the link, it showed me the free download for Firefox 3. (I'm on the official Mozilla website in case anyone thinks this may be a scam.)

Should I get Firefox 3 already? Is it already out of beta and the next generation of internet browsers?

I am using Firefox 3, it has been tested and works well. Upgrade now, it is a lot better than the previous version.

Firefrox 3 is not a beta anymore, but when you have been using firefox 2 with lots of add-ons you like very much. you should stick with firefox 2. Most add-ons you use in 2 do not work in Firefox 3. When you do not care about the add ons in firefox 2, yes you should upgrade. Firefox 3 has also plenty of add-ons you can use.
