  1. Hey, all you dumb-asses out there!  That is 145 lbs.  A kilo is 2.2 lbs.  If you can't do the math, turn off the computer and go study your remedial math book.  Oh, I forgot.  You might need to know.  A book is pages and words and ideas.

Now, back to the original question.  If you're 5'2" and 145lbs. it's not a bad idea to lay off the junk food.

Keep in mind, you're still growing.  You need extra energy for all the things kids do.  Since you're still in school,  you're more active than the average adult.  Stop worrying about your weight and develop a healthy and active lifestyle that will stay with you for the rest of your life.

  2. you are just a little bit overweight but nothing you cant fix

  3. 1) It's your HEIGHT that matters, not your age.

    2) Stupid people who keep asking about the weight in pounds: it's called Google. Use it.

  4. just right i think, just eat right and keep up the good work,,,,

  5. your weigh is not that bad but you have to lose weigh.

  6. how bout your weight in pounds?? idk kilograms. (:

  7. go to

    http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calcula...

It's a BMI calculator specifically for teens.

Don't worry too much about it. Your body will change so much in the next 7 years. Just make sure you're healthy and at least a little bit active, and you'll be fine.

  8. we cant tell if your fat if we dont know how tall u are... but i think ur weight is fine, unless ur like 5 ft tall

  9. First of all, talk to your parents about this.  It is difficult for us to know for sure because you didn't tell us how tall you are.  However, you are still growing, so your body is going to change a lot in the next few years.  Focus on a healthy lifestyle, keeping active and fit.  Less TV and computer time and more exercise and activities.  Go for long walks.  Start a swimming program or join some sports activity.  Maybe volunteer to walk pets for seniors in your area.  Drink plenty of water, and stop the soda and junk food.  Here is a link that should help you.

  14. Make sure you have at least 1,200 calories a day. Go to the websites below to find out how many calories you need to eat a day. CUTTING YOUR CALORIES TOO MUCH WILL MAKE YOU GAIN WEIGHT! Break your daily calories up into 6 small meals of 200-300 calories each. Space the meals 3-4 hours apart.

Cadio exercise 5 days a week at least in 30 min. - 60 min. sessions. If you skip one, don't freak out about it. Stay motivated.

Weightlifting every other day! Eat lots of protein, drink only water and Crystal Light Energy, and get enough fiber/calcium.

You may want to consider taking a multi-vitamin and calcium+vitamind d supplement.

    Good luck!
