i suggest mac. its expensive, but worth it. i bought mine in jan. and i still havent bought another one.

its cheap so it works if you need a fun color for a party or a one night thing but for an everyday eyeline I would invest in something a little better. I like Revlon eyeliners for drugstore! But my favorites are all Estee Lauder!
