C'mon, they have to get the TIRES!!! right and they cannot. I(n my opinion this was the saddest race EVER held. Why even run the prior 150 laps? Just start on 150 and save all the c**p tires. Maybe they can be recycled or something then.

By the way Congrats JJ... You made the best of a horrible situation.

  1. HahaI hope not because i'm starting to get confused what to call the top series these days.  Yeah i'm glad JJ won during this crazy yellow flag showcase at Indy

  2. What I thought was ironic was how they had all these blown tires and cautions, and they'd come back from commercials and show the Goodyear blimp and say something like "street tested, race proven" or something like that. I guess they didn't prove themselves to well today.

Look at this quote from Goodyears website talking about the Infineon race. I'm not sure they even know what they are talking about in NASCAR, they even spelled Rick Hendrick wrong:

Goodyear quote - Rick Heinrich: "The tire that we used at Infineon this weekend is the same one we used at both Sprint Cup road course events last season. It has proven to be a great tire at the road courses where handling and brake balance are critical."

  3. prolly not.

and btw..it's SPRINT not NEXTEL cup.

& yes congrats to my fave. driver Jimmie Johnson!!!!

    =]

  4. no that's just another stupid question from another stupid fan about a stupid arguement. it was a great race and i don't know what you have to be disapointed with other than maybe your 18 idol finishing in a sad 15th.

  5. Probably not.

And yes, congrats to Jimmie. He would've won that race regardless, though.

  6. yeah i could have wasted my sunday another way
